Evaluate and assess current in-class technology equipment and software
- Create meaningful dialog between colleagues to define specific district and school needs
- Develop strategies to improve technology integration using existing equipment

Facilitate teacher training across curriculum and/or grade level

- Develop hot lists, scavenger hunts and WebQuests
Assist educators to incorporate newly developed lesson plans
- Create strategic implementation plans
- Manage the use of computers in the classroom
- Adapt lesson plans to students having special needs
- Build a thematic unit calendar incorporating input from the specialist team
- Implement defined lesson plans
- Define criteria for students' performance within the unit plan
- Develop classroom management strategies using large and small group interactions
- Facilitate students' technology-infused learning
