Using Flight Tracker this site can be used in Social Studies for map skills and in Math for speed, mileage, and estimation calculations. Tracking a flight in the graphic version allows students to see the altitude, speed, and heading. The students are able to see the course of the plane as it flys across a regional map as well as a national map.
